Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing 'The Hair Tattoo Clinic' for your hair loss needs. We value your business and want to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making any bookings or purchases. By using our online booking features, scheduling appointments, or making a purchase with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Gift Cards:
All gift card purchases are non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used exclusively for products and services offered by 'The Hair Tattoo Clinic.'
2. Hair System Purchases and Customisation:
Once a hair system has been purchased from 'The Hair Tattoo Clinic' and has been customised (cut) to your measurements, it becomes non-refundable. However, if the hair system is damaged during the initial inspection before any customisation adjustments are made, and you still have proof of purchase, We (being The Hair Tattoo Clinic) Will make a reasonable decision if a replacement should be made.
3. Treatment Reimbursement/Refund:
'The Hair Tattoo Clinic' will not be liable to reimburse or refund any part of the payment for treatments that have already been completed. Our refund policy only applies to products and services that have not yet been provided.
4. Booking and Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, unless the full payment is made upfront. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations made due to emergency or illness will be assessed on an individual basis. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.
- For all other cancellations, the non-refundable deposit will be retained as a cancellation charge.
- If you wish to reschedule your appointment and provide less than 48 hours' notice, a rescheduling fee equal to the hourly fee will be charged to compensate the clinic for the loss of time.
6. Late Arrivals and No Shows:
- Please ensure you arrive on time for all appointments to avoid any inconvenience.
- Late fees will be incurred either in full or in 15-minute increments, depending on the waiting time of the clinic and the impact on other appointments scheduled for the day.
- No-shows will be charged the full hourly rate to compensate the clinic for the loss of time and potential earnings.
7. Changes to Treatment Dates:
- If you request to change a treatment date with less than 48 hours' notice after completing a session, a rescheduling fee equal to the minimum hourly fee will be charged to compensate the clinic for the loss of time.
Please be aware that 'The Hair Tattoo Clinic' reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review and understand the policy before making any bookings or purchases.
